Restaurant ARDEMAR offers a reinterpretation of traditional Portuguese cuisine. Here, you can sample some of the best-known and most popular Portuguese delicacies, always with a fresh and original twist thanks to our chef’s own interpretation.

Portuguese cuisine, like the rest of Mediterranean cooking, is based on olive oil, vegetables and fruits, and it is around these three main ingredients that meats and fish are prepared. Real Portuguese cuisine requires a grill, a good pan for a stew, or a big pan for a nice soup.
